Hey there, I’m Frances, a Client Services Assistant working in support of the 1.oak Financial Client Services Team. In my role, I assist with client communications, coordinate scheduling, and help ensure a smooth experience for individuals engaging with the team. My focus is on providing attentive support and helping clients stay connected with the resources and guidance offered through 1.oak Financial.
I’m from Davao City, Philippines, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Management Accounting. I started my career in banking and after nearly a decade in the industry, I transitioned to a remote job as an Accounts Payable Coordinator to better balance work and family life after becoming a mother. This role allowed me to gain valuable experience in managing finances remotely.
Since partnering with 1.oak Financial, I’ve had the opportunity to continue developing my skills and contribute to an established business. My years of work have taught me that true growth comes not only from acquiring skills and knowledge but also from the lessons learned through life’s challenges.
